Understanding immigrant children’s responses to the visual image in contemporary picture books

Description: This project seeks to reunify the conclusions drawn by the different research groups. It will delve into the similarities and divergences found among the responses of the different groups of immigrants from different countries (Catalonia, Scotland, Australia, and the USA) to the same complex picturebooks. It will also deal with the implications that this international project might have for educational research and the development of integration policies.
